We are pleased to announce that effective 1 January 2015, Colonel Jim Ratti, US Air Force (USAF) (Ret), is the new Dayton Aerospace president. Jim started with the firm as a senior associate in May 2007 after a successful USAF career. In February 2014, Jim joined the company board of directors (BOD) as vice president.
In his role as company president, Jim will lead the BOD and manage all operational and financial aspects of the company’s business. He will also set company goals, formulate policy, lead business development, and mentor consultants, as well as provide overall leadership and advisory support for consulting services.
