We are pleased to announce that Mr. Paul Waugh, SES, DAF (Ret), has joined Dayton Aerospace as a senior associate. He recently retired from the USAF as the PEO and Director of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Mobility and Training Aircraft Directorate (AFLCMC/WL), where he was responsible for 300 programs with a $36B annual budget supporting all combatant commands (command authority) (COCOM) and six USAF major commands (MAJCOMs) along with 66 partner nations.

Over his 40+ year civilian career, he gained extensive experience leading all stages of life cycle management including strategy formulations, requirements development, source selection, negotiation, program execution, modernization of fielded weapon systems, sustainment including organic depot and contractor depot, supply chain management, policy formation and workforce initiatives, proven during his career in the fields of engineering, program management, training, and logistics.

As a senior associate, Mr. Waugh is available to provide senior-level support to government and industry clients in various capacities, such as business and acquisition strategy development, digital materiel management, long-term weapon system support, program start up and execution, executive independent reviews, and organizational and workforce development. His expertise spans all phases of the weapon system life cycle.
