2018 NCMA World Congress

Mr. Tom Wells, SES, DAF (Ret), has been selected as a speaker for the National Contract Management Association’s (NCMA) 2018 World Congress. Mr. Wells will also be one of five senior industry and government leaders participating in a main stage discussion on Tuesday, July 24th at 8:30 am. The session will address macro trends in acquisition; Mr. Wells will address “technology, law, regulation and budget: the contract managers role in bringing order to chaos.”
